Answer Inquiries with from new clients. Manage therapists schedules. Get new clients quotes for their insurance. Bill clients & insurance as well as followup with EOBs and late payment collections. Run payroll. Keep track of offices policies and caseloads. Support new therapists with onboarding and getting up to their desired caseload.

Privacy Policy & Communication
We find that clients much prefer text communication over email communication for session reminders and quick questions but we always ask permission and adhere to all FDA text communication regulations.
